Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards (debit & credit) are accepted, as well as Health Savings Accounts for payment at time of service. Ivy, the HIPPA Compliant card processor is used for all major credit cards and HSA accounts. For your convenience you may make a payment now by using my secure service provided by Paypal. Please click on the tab that says "Make a Payment" located on the menu to the left.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me by calling 314-494-7012 at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
