There are several ways that I conduct a session. I primarily use a secure Telehealth connection using a HIPPA compliant video platform. I will send you a link through text or email that week your session is scheduled. I also can setup a session using the telephone. If you would like to use any of the alternative sessions offered, please let me know and I will work with you to make this a convenient, comfortable and safe way to work.
